Hi, Being new to gardening I ordered from your company for the first time last week and am extremely impressed with the service I have received. Your Customer Service is outstanding. I had a bit of a mix up on my part whilst ordering my plants and a very helpful lady called Nicola dealt with my emails so promptly, I was amazed. When I received my plants they were very well packaged and looked better than I was expecting - I expected the plants to look a bit "tired" after their journey but they weren't. My order came with a printed description of each plant and how to plant and care for it - which again, I thought was really good as I am an absolute beginner.  All in all, I shall definitely be ordering from your company again -without a doubt - and shall be telling all my gardening friends to order from you too. I am just writing to say that I have recently had excellent customer service from one of you customer advisors, Nicola Ryan. I bought 2 standard eucalyptus trees and initially I was very dissatisfied with the trees as the size and condition was not what I expected and where no use for my intended purpose. However, I have had two emails from Nicola and I found her responses to be polite and very helpful and I feel I have been treated extremely well in respect of my order. When I first saw the trees I was certain I would never use you as a company again but I cannot fault the service I have received and will definitely not hesitate to use you again. I would just like to inform you that I received my order of wisteria(s)  Blue Rain and 400 summer Bulbs plus the free rose arch. May I tell you that this is the first time I have ever received an order of plant life -from any plant company- in such tip top condition - albeit that  I  haven't  as yet looked at the  Bulbs. But , judging by the amount of packaging around them  when I do check them tomorrow, I'm sure they will be ok. I am so pleased with the excellent condition the  wisteria arrived in also to see that the rose arch is a sturdy metal frame, can't wait to put that together at the weekend.
