Hi, Being new to gardening I ordered from your company for the first
time last week and am extremely impressed with the service I have
received. Your Customer Service is outstanding. I had a bit of a mix up
on my part whilst ordering my plants and a very helpful lady called
Nicola dealt with my emails so promptly, I was amazed. When I received
my plants they were very well packaged and looked better than I was
expecting - I expected the plants to look a bit "tired" after their
journey but they weren't. My order came with a printed description of
each plant and how to plant and care for it - which again, I thought was
really good as I am an absolute beginner. All in all, I shall definitely be ordering from your company again
-without a doubt - and shall be telling all my gardening friends to
order from you too. Thank you for providing an incredible service and I look forward

I would like to take this opportunity to advise you that my replacement shipment arrived on time last Friday. The plants were thankfully in a much better condition than the previous occasion. Hello there...just to let you know all I ordered arrived in superb condition, packaged perfectly, with a delightful driver we've had deliveries from on prior orders. Thanks so much...will order more. I had planted a large part of my garden by means of online shopping and door to door delivery...it was delightful to find you here in Ireland/Netherlands to provide the same fabulous service to those of us in rural areas...we are having a grand time now, putting in specifically what we wish instead of whatever happens to be on the shelf at the local garden stores.
