How to take care of Black Winter Radish Long
Sow from mid until late summer in rows in open ground; thin out slightly. Do not sow in low temperatures, as Winter Radish bolts easily. If you have a flowering radish plant, then it has bolted or gone to seed. If the soil is too dry, radishes will bolt and become pithy and too pungent to eat.
