The power and beauty of the Calathea is in its leaves. Think stripes, flaming patterns or just a colored border. As soon as the sun breaks through in the morning, those beautiful leaves spread out to catch the light and close in the evening.

How to take care of Calathea Triostar
Position Calathea Triostar in a bright location out of full sun as too much sun will burn the leaves, also grows well in partial shade. Avoid draughts as this can cause the leaves to curl. Allow the surface of the soil to dry out slightly between each watering. This Calathea Triostarplant needs high humidity (low humidity with cause the edges of its leaves to turn brown), mist it regularly and provide additional humidity by placing plants on a tray of gravel or stones, fill the tray with water so that the bottom pebbles rest in the water and the top ones are dry. By keeping the tray constantly half-filled with water, a nicely humid environment will be created. Feed Calathea Triostar once a month during the growing season (March to August) with a general-purpose liquid fertilizer diluted to half the recommended strength.
