Return policy

Returning your product

Due to the perishable nature of our product it hardly ever makes sense to return the product. Usually we just ask for a photo showing the condition of the product and then we will give you a refund.

Sending back a plant or tuber that we can throw away once it' arrived is just a waist of energy, we therefore try to do our best to prevent this from happening. So whenever you feel the need to return the product, first contact our customer service, they will advise you what you should do considering the circumstances. Even without returning we will solve this to your satisfaction!

Right of Withdrawal

You have the unconditional right to cancel the purchase of a good without being obliged to state any reason. We must be notified of the cancellation in writing or in another durable medium (e.g. email).

If your cancellation is received whilst the order is being processed we will endeavour to retrieve it back and arrange your refund.

For a cancellation received whilst in transit, we will ask you to refuse the parcel at your door and you will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned.

If you want to cancel at any time within the "cooling off period" of 14 working days, beginning in the day after you receive the item, please note that you will be responsible for sending the goods back to us in their original condition and for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged.

You will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned.

Exceptions to the right to cancel For the supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer or which by reason of the nature of the product cannot be returned and/or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as perishable goods.
