How to take care of Epipremnum pinnatum
Epipremnum Pinnatum is best suited to warm, moist conditions and can adapt to different levels of acidity or alkalinity. It prefers indirect or curtain-filtered sunlight. Water it well during the growing season allowing the soil to dry out slightly between each watering. Leaf drop is a good indication of over watering. The leaves need frequently mist but the Scindapsus cannot survive in waterlogged soil. Re-pot, if necessary in spring. To fertilize new plant wait six months. This plant benefits from monthly feeding during the growing season and should be cut back occasionally to ensure new growth at the base. Propagate it from stem cuttings, from sections of main stems. Scindapsus is extremely sensitive to a sudden drop in temperature below 50°F (10°C).
