How to take care of Eremurus Pinocchio

Plant Eremurus Pinocchio in well-drained soil according to the instruction on the package in a sunny position. They are slow to multiply and can remain undisturbed for years, so choose your location carefully.

For best results and additional drainage protection, form a cone of soil in the planting hole, letting the roots drape over it. It’s important to provide space and light. Ensure that you leave enough space around the planting site, as it can grow quite large, support with a cane during flowering period.

Divide Eremurus Pinocchio once every 5 years in September,. Take care when lifting and dividing the roots because they are delicate. To survive harsh winters apply a layer of dry mulch straw is best over them to avoid any frost damage.

Remove when all danger of frost has passed.
