Gasworthia resembles a succulent aloe, but more like a cactus because the dark green fleshy leaves are covered with white wart-like protrusions, and have pointed ends.
Gasworthia plants are the result of crossing a Haworthia and Gasteria plant.
This variety makes a great low maintenance houseplant. It looks stunning planted alone or as a companion plant to other succulents.

How to take care of Gasworthia
Like most succulents, Gasworthia 10.5cm pot grows best in bright light. Gasworthia 10.5cm pot will even enjoy some direct sun. Gasworthia 10.5cm pot is easy to grow in average room conditions, tolerating the dry air of heated homes. Dislikes soggy soil, so ensure there is drainage holes and using a sandy medium, such as cactus potting mix for fast draining. If you want, Gasworthia 10.5cm pot can be moved it outside for the summer,. But we advise to do this gradually to avoid scorching the leaves. Will not survive outdoors if the night temperature drops below 50°F/10°C. When Gasworthia 10.5cm pot becomes crowded in its pot you can repot in spring to a slightly larger pot. We recommend fertilizing every two-weeks from Apr-Aug using half-strength fertilizer.
