How to take care of Laurus nobilis 11cm
For best results soak the roots for approx 2 hrs before planting and water well after planting and for the next few weeks. This is an evergreen shrub grown for its aromatic foliage that be used in cooking. It is reasonably frost hardy but winter wind can be a problem. Plant in late spring when all danger of frost has past and choose a sheltered sunny position (maybe against a wall or other strong growing shrubs) and use a fertile well-drained soil. Trim during the summer, bring inside for the winter and grow under glass.
