How to take care of Dame Blanche
For best results soak the roots for approx 2 hrs before planting and water well after planting and for the next few weeks. Plant upon receipt for best results. Position your Philadelphus in full sun any well-drained fertile soil.
Young stems should be cut back to a strong bud each year after flowering. On older plants, remove roughly a quarter of the oldest branches each year to encourage new growth. To propagate, take softwood cuttings in summer or hardwood cuttings in autumn or winter.
