You can eat them straight off the canes or cook them in the same way as raspberries. How to take care of Rubus Phoenicolasius /Japanese wineberry
Soak the roots for approx. 2 hrs before planting and water well after planting and for the next few weeks. This is a hardy deciduous Rubus Phoenicolasius /Japanese wineberry shrub thrives in a sunny sheltered position but will tolerate partial shade.
