How to take care of Muricatum Pepino Melon

Treat much like tomato plants. Grow in full sun, water regularly. Use well-drained soil. Nor hardy so must be care over winter in greenhouse or conservatory. Feed the plants as follows: give an organic based fertilizer, such as dried manure on the top soil one week after planting and allow it to gradually soak into the ground, then every two weeks a liquid fertilizer such as Phostrogen as a foliar feed.

Melons need plenty of water, feeding and sun. It will not tolerate shade.
