Also known as 'Marie Boisselot' Clematis. This rapid mid season climbing Clematis produces large pure white flowers with lemon stamens, it is extremely vigorous and grows up to 2mt. Can be easily trained to cover walls, trellises or arches.
This variety belongs to early large flowering prune group 2 that needs to be pruned in late winter or early spring and after its first flush of flowers in summer, this will encourage it to flower again later in summer.

How to take care of Clematis Mme Le Coultre
Soak your plants as soon as they arrive. Plant this Clematis so that the crown is level with the surface of the soil, in well drained soil, add a generous amount of grit to the bottom of the hole when planting and make sure that the roots are always shaded. Grow against a strong trellis or support. This variety belongs to group 2 it needs to be pruned in late winter or early spring before the first signs of growth and after the first flush of flowers in summer this will encourage it to flower again later in summer.
Clematis can be quite fussy-soil must be fertile and moist for best results.
