Kniphofia also known as Red Hot Poker, Tritoma, Torch lilies or Poker plants
These Poker plants produce clumps of grassy foliage and tall curious flower spikes that resemble a rocket flame in spectacular glowing shades for years to come!
Once planted Kniphofia will develop over the years to form a large clump, with multiple flower spikes blooming during the height of summer and early autumn.
Cold winters can be a problem so applying a protective layer of mulch in winter will help protect them.
