Not accepting UK orders, why?

Unfortunatly we are currently unable to ship any orders to the UK.

We ship our orders direct to our customers from Nurseries in the Netherlands.
Due to Brexit regulations  this now generates huge inspection costs and paperwork, and it also excludes a lot of the plants we have been doing.

However we have been serving the UK for more than 30 years and are not giving up yet!
We will be downsizing our assortment and will not ship daily anymore, but we are hopefull that with these steps we will be able to get a workable and attractive solution again.

Since final inspection procedures and regulations are stil not in place we will not restart until this is the case. We want to be 100% sure that our procedures will work with the final Brexit situation, not just with an intermediate situation.

We hope to restart after the spring season, sorry we can't be of service to you now, but we do wish you a beautiful and peaceful spring and thank you for your patience.

We use DPD to deliver your order in 2-3 days. (The order will be dispatched within 24 hours. We will send you Tracking information as soon as your package leaves our depot (always check for spam and trash can). We also deliver on Saturdays. Shipping costs

We ship your order for a fixed amount of £5,95, regardless of the size of your order.

Why no free shipping for larger orders? Free shipping does not exist, if it is offered it is part of the costprice of the plants, making each individual plant more expensive, you would pay more shipping on larger orders, even if it seems to be for free.

Delivery height

The photos on this site are for illustrative purposes only. All perennials (annuals - biennials), shrubs and trees are delivered in disposable plastic pots.

We state a delivery height for all pot plants, shrubs and trees

For potted plants, this height is measured from the ground, including the pot. Keep in mind that plants that are planted in a border will be lower in the border, because the pot height disappears under the ground.
Shrubs and trees supplied with bare roots, i.e. without a pot, are measured from the top of the roots and are therefore planted at the same height as the liver height.

We always indicate a delivery height range because it is a live product and products can vary slightly in length during the season.
Once planted, most plants will continue to grow quickly, especially in the spring.

Root plants do not have a delivery height because this part of the perennial disappears completely underground, the plant sprouts after planting.


Due to the perishable nature of the product, the distance and the cost of returning the product, it generally does not make sense to return the product. If you have a problem with any of the products provided, Contact and we will solve it to your satisfaction.


You can pay securely through our online shop. All of our payments are made by Multisafepay and Paypal in a secure environment. We accept all major credit cards and banks.

Growth guarantee from the date of purchase.

If a plant does not grow within our growth guarantee, we will refund the plant or send you a new one free of charge*.
To do this, take a picture of the plant at the growing site, always keep the order number handy and contact customer service.

We offer a 2-month growth guarantee on all our plants.

For perennials, trees, shrubs and flower bulbs planted in the ground and purchased between September 1 and February 28, the growth guarantee is extended to May 1. 

In the fall, outdoor planted items grow primarily underground, while above ground growth is not visible until spring, so an extended period applies to these items.
Plants ordered in the spring will germinate within the normal warranty period.

The growth guarantee applies only to plants maintained in accordance with our instructions. Drying out and/or damage caused by frost or wind after planting is not covered by the warranty.
Outdoor plants must be planted within one week of receipt, indoor storage is not compatible and voids the warranty.
Slight variations in flower color are not covered by the warranty (flower color is partly determined by soil type, exposure and growing conditions).
Delivery problems due to incorrect address information are not covered by the warranty. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address.

Please note that we do not guarantee plants for resale.

Preferably order when planting conditions are favorable (avoid hot/cold/dry/humid periods), to have the best chance of success.

To properly evaluate a request, we always ask for a photo of the plant in question in the location where it was planted. Please send it with your request for quick processing.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the delivery, you have the right to return the plants within 2 weeks. As soon as we receive your return (shipping costs at your expense), we will credit your order.

For orders before Oct. 15, 2022, the old warranty terms continue to apply.

Any defective or incomplete order must be reported by e-mail to our customer service within 48 hours. Any package damaged during transport must be reported to the carrier in writing within 48 hours.

*If the replacement value of the products is less than the shipping costs, we reserve the right to refund the value of the product only.


You can contact us by e - Email  7/7 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, we aim to respond within 48hrs.

Why only email?
Email is the most efficient way for us to handle customer inquiries at this time of the season and allows us to help you faster and better than over the phone.

Important: Always include your order number in the subject line of the email when you send an email about your order.
In case of a complaint always enclose a photo of the product(s) to which the complaint relates so that we can immediately handle the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.
