How to take care of Tagetes Marigold Orange x 3
Upon receipt: water the root balls well, they should not float when put in a saucer with water. Carefully adapt the plants to their new environment do not expose to direct sunlight straight away. Plant when all danger of frost has passed. Plant them in pots, containers, hanging baskets or borders. Loosen the base of the root ball and spread out the bottom roots before planting. Water freely in the summer to keep the soil moist, make sure not to waterlog it. Dead head regularly to increase the amount of flowers. Their scent is strong and effective in repelling many garden pests for this reason many gardeners grow them amidst their vegetable crop.
