How to take care of Astrantia major Shaggy
Astrantia major Shaggy is a hardy herbaceous perennial which means it will die back to ground level in winter. Astrantia major Shaggy needs sun but prefer a cool partially shaded position. Use a well-drained soil that retains moisture mixed with organic matter. Flowering period is between summer and autumn. Take away dead flower heads after flowering. Lift and divide every 3-4years. If supplied as bare roots- Please soak the bare roots for 12-18 hours (do not exceed 24 hours). This allows them to take up the maximum amount of water without doing any injury to the plant.
