How to take care of Ficus Lyrata
This plant needs regular feeding and water in moderation, water more in summer than in winter but do not leave this plant standing in too much water as it loathes wet feet. In summer it can be placed outside preferably in the shade, in winter it will require a cool spot with an average temperature of 12°C. If kept indoors it should be kept in a heated room but care should be taken to keep the root ball moist. The small foliaged Ficus types can be pruned into shape as a Bonsai
Drooping yellow leaves are a sign of overwatering. Average room temperatures 16-24°C.
